Various research and analysis studies are carried out in order to
determine the structure of the region and its economic, social,
cultural and spatial dynamics effectively.
Both the preparation process of the İzmir Regional Plan for 2014-2023
and the implementation period after, have been carried out in
cooperation with universities and other specialized institutions.
İZMİR REGIONAL PLAN
The İzmir Regional Plan, which supports the policies and objectives set forth in the 12th Development Plan and the National Strategy for Regional Development (2024–2028), has been prepared within the framework of sustainable development principles. It reflects the responsibility of safeguarding the quality-of-life standards of future generations by ensuring the most effective utilization of İzmir’s existing resources and by enhancing awareness, accountability, and efficiency in resource use.
GREEN GROWTH
Green Transformation and Blue Opportunities Perspective for İzmir
This report has been prepared in order to determine and analyze how ready and willing the companies in the textile sector in Izmir are for the green transformation process, and to provide a guide to the companies by raising awareness on this issue.
BLUE GROWTH
These studies encompass sectoral analyses and sustainable growth strategies designed to advance İzmir’s blue economy.
INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP
This section includes analytical, strategic, and policy-oriented studies focused on developing İzmir’s entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem.
OTHERS
