18 Oct 2024 Green Career Day Event was Organised on the Second Day of the Clean Energy Summit
The Green Career Day event was organised on the second day of the “BEST For Energy Summit – II. Clean Energy Summit”, the most comprehensive international event of the BEST For Energy Project, which was completed in 2023 after 3 years of successful implementation, in which İzmir Development Agency and Energy Industrialists and Business People Association are stakeholders.
In the sessions organised within the scope of the event, the competencies that young people at the beginning of their careers will need in green jobs were evaluated; problems arising from the lack of education, knowledge and experience in the sector and suggestions for solving these problems were discussed. Young people participating in the event had the opportunity to evaluate the latest developments in the clean energy sector and met with the leading stakeholders of the sector as the energy sector professionals of the future.
