13 Jun 2023 SCIENCE HEROES MEET – FIRST LEGO LEAGUE CHALLENGE SUPERPOWERED TOURNAMENT
Within the scope of the ROBOKOD Izmir Program, which is carried out by Izmir Development Agency and Izmir Provincial Directorate of National Education in cooperation with Izmir Bilimpark, Science Heroes Association, YUTECH and Energy Industrialists and Businessmen Association (ENSIA), clean energy teams formed with the participation of 35 public schools came together in the Science Heroes Meet – First Lego League Challenge SuperPowered Tournament.
In the tournament organized with the participation of 498 schools from all provinces, the “Robokod HighFive” team formed by the students of Karşıyaka Cihat Kora Anatolian High School received the “Championship Award” and the “Robot Performance 2nd Prize” in the national tournament, while the Robokod Menderes team, consisting of the students of Menderes Şehit Hakan İncekar Secondary School, won the “Rising Star” award.
