“Academic Food Journal Green Transformation Special Issue” prepared with the contributions of İzmir Development Agency has been published.

This special issue, which aims to contribute to İzmir’s green transformation process, brings together studies on sustainable development from both academic and sectoral perspectives. The journal includes a total of 9 articles, including 5 research articles and 4 review articles prepared by scientists working in different institutions and organizations in our country and abroad.
