06 Feb 2020 Kültürpark Children’s Discovery Center is Open
The “Kültürpark Children’s Discovery Workshops (Children’s Rights and STEM)” project, supported by our Agency as well as the İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, officially opened its doors to the public as part of the 2018 Small-Scale Infrastructure Financial Support Program for Improving Social Cohesion.
Through the project, the center offers four workshops on dreams/rights, STEM, nature, and robotics programming to students from grades 2 to 8. The educations to be offered at these workshops aim to instill in children the love of science and nature, and help them acquire new skills such as curiosity, inquisitiveness, exploration, and cooperation, among others.
