A signing ceremony was held for the Ministry of Industry and Technology approved “İzQ Entrepreneurship Center Project” support agreement with the attendance of Yavuz Selim KÖŞGER, the Governor of İzmir and İZKA Chairman of the Board, and Mahmut ÖZGENER, President of the İzmir Chamber of Commerce.
Qualified for a grant of TRY 5 Million as part of İZKA guided project support with a total budget of TRY 16 Million, the project is expected to strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem of İzmir. The construction works for the center is anticipated to launch later this year, and the center is aimed to become operational within 2021. The center will be home to shared office spaces and common-use areas, and through activities towards supporting entrepreneurs, it will positively contribute to the competitive capacity of the economy of İzmir.
